Meet katie

HI, I'M KATIE

Hi and welcome to A3. I’m Katie Swartz, and right now, I’m in the middle of rewriting my Third Act from the beautiful backdrop of Spain. I chose to leap into learning a new language and exploring life as an Expat - to see if this would feature in my Third Act landscape. Language school in the morning and clients in the afternoon - crafting the third act in real time!

I’ve walked a very diverse and interesting path of personal, spiritual and professional transformation and this experience and depth is what I can bring to our work together.

My first big leap was leaving a 17-year career as an executive in network technology to becoming a counselor and coach. I have spent the past 17 years working with individuals, couples, executives and entrepreneurs to live and lead from their most authentic. Most recently I have been navigating the ups and downs of menopause and living into life after 55.

I have taken up ceramics recently and it has proven to be such a valuable way of opening up to the new possibilities that lay ahead.

Hint: doing new and creative things helps to create new neuropathways - opening up to new ideas for life.

"My passion lies in working with entrepreneurs, executives,

and individuals who are ready—or getting ready—

to take bold leaps in their life and work."

HOW I WORK:

My work is rooted in compassion and a deep curiosity about the lives of the people I serve. I bring together expertise in the neurobiology of attachment, living authentically, mindset coaching (this is a biggy when we want to leap) and business strategy to guide those who feel stuck, lost, or uncertain toward clarity and direction. I know firsthand how overwhelming big transitions can feel, and I love helping others navigate them with confidence.

My spiritual journey has been a cornerstone of my life. I’ve been fortunate to meet remarkable leaders and teachers whose wisdom on compassion and bridge-building deeply informs my work.

As a seasoned entrepreneur and mother of two grown children, I understand the courage it takes to embrace change, and I’m here to help others discover that courage within themselves.

Together with my dear friend Annie, I co-lead a vibrant community of people who are ready to embrace their next chapters with courage, creativity, and joy.

It’s a privilege to walk alongside others as they intentionally create lives filled with meaning and purpose.
